Based on your experience with the simple budget template you should be familiar with budget layouts now. One this template you will note there are now multiple columns on the first tab. Instead of just giving a service an annual cost, you must now place the annual cost within the relevant schedule.

In addition on the Tenant Apportionment tab, you will find there is now space for two apportionments per property. One for the first schedule and one for the second. Both columns must equal 100% however not all properties need to contribute to every schedule. If a property is not contributing to a schedule just leave their percentage blank or place in zero.
