The lease may well split the list of services into sections, providing an indication that some leaseholders may not enjoy the benefit of certain services (multi-schedule budget). You should compare this list with your knowledge of the development to ensure all necessary services are included. If a service isn’t mention in the lease and there isn’t a provision to add services mentioned, then you can’t just add something in. You must adhere to the lease.
