Budget Structure

In this lesson you will learn how to create a simple service charge budget using Microsoft Excel. This includes the structure of the budget matrix and useful formulas. We will build upon this simple layout looking at ways you could adapt or change the layout to provide you with more information. The more information you have at your fingertips, the better you can explain the budget to your clients and customers. Finally we will consider the impact over multi-schedule budgeting and how best to incorporate this into a budget matrix.
