Give some thought how you can group together services, as we reviewed earlier in the lesson. You can then use this information to provide an easier-to-understand analysis of the budget. Your customers will likely find it very hard to analyse the budget as a whole, simply picking out individual services they don’t recognise or appear to have a large cost. But when you can break this down into easy to understand categories (maintenance, administration, insurance, utilities etc.) and show how the budget is split between them, you will likely get a better and quicker understanding.
