Every property you manage will be different, its requirements will be different, the list of services needed in the budget will be different and the way in which those services need to be delivered will be different. You potentially therefore have a never ending list of possible services that you could include in a budget and you are expected to understand exactly how to budget for each and everyone.

Of course this is pretty much impossible and quite frankly, overwhelming. Being a property manager is tough and one of the toughest jobs is working out how much to charge your customers.
